Beamy’s documentation is structured in three access levels to ensure the right content is available to the right audience.
1. Visitors
People who are not identified — they can access only public articles.
2. Leads
People who have provided their email address via Beamy's Help Desk. Leads gain access to a wider range of documentation, including partially hidden content.
3. Users
People who have a Beamy account and are logged into their platform. They have full access to the entire documentation library.
✉️ How to Become a Lead
To unlock Lead-level documentation, simply follow these steps:
Go to docs.beamy.io
Click on the Beamy logo in the bottom-right corner of the page
In the chat, click on “Access implementation documentation”
Provide the following information:
Your email address
Your name
Your company
Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll instantly unlock all documentation available for Leads.
